party time

This weekend we did some floral design work for a personal home and their holiday party. The images don't really give the scale of these arrangements justice, they were HUGE and some much fun to work on!

moss pomander installation

Below is one of the massive arrangements for the party's buffet table. I didn't get a great shot of the arrangement in its entirety (vessel and all) but heres a sample. This arrangement poured out of a beautiful ceramic footed bath that sat center on the home owners grand dining room table.

full of jumbo white hydrangea, silver brunia, dusty miller, seeded eucalyptus and purple privett berries.

The focus of the decor in the kitchen and living room was 'traditional Christmas'. Below is a long wooden box arrangement that sat along the kitchen table. Next is another massive holiday arrangement that sat on the coffee table.

I incorporated pine tree trimmings along with a variety of red and silver berries and of course, white amaryllis!

A sweet vignette in the formal living room.
